Fooglar by Fruglar is a free grocery planning tool for Kroger weekly dinner planning. Prices, coupons, product availability, and cart behavior can change without notice and should be confirmed with the selected checkout provider before purchase.

Fooglar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Kroger Co. or Instacart. Retailer and checkout-provider names, stores, product data, coupons, and cart features belong to their respective owners.

Cost per plate is calculated from the current required dinner basket divided by the guaranteed dinner plates selected. Extra food or future portions do not reduce today's basket total or cost per plate. Ranked meal cards are estimates until package choices and the final shopping list are built.

Recipes and shopping lists are for convenience only. You are responsible for checking allergens, dietary needs, substitutions, quantities, store availability, coupons, pickup eligibility, and final checkout totals.

Cart sync is optional. Kroger cart sync only works where supported by Kroger.com and the connected account. An optional Instacart shopping-list handoff may use different prices, products, and coupons; Kroger digital coupons are not promised to transfer to Instacart.
